Ricky, an employee at the Georgian Court saw me struggling with the laundry machine on the camera and went out of his way to knock on my door and teach me how to use it. Ricky you are wonderful, thank you so much for your help and kindness!

Georgian Court Apartments are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Management is callous and unhelpful. While the building has a fully functional Luxer Package room, management refuses to enforce that mail delivery services use it. Your packages will be stolen. They are left unattended in the lobby with no security and management will do nothing about it. There was a fire in the building on June 13th, 2020 and no one from management made any efforts to accommodate residents who incurred charges or inconveniences. Instead, their response was to contact your Renter's Insurance agency for which there was a $500 deductible. The facility was unlivable for at least two days and no expenses were reimbursed. Their approach to COVID-19 has been equally underwhelming and frankly, unsafe. If you are looking for a space to live, I am sure you can find a more affordable, and better-managed, facility.
