If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved to LP 6/30/2020 and today is 4/11/2024. My years have been decent but this new management under Ashleigh Graves is TERRIBLE. For the past few months I have had to do multiple work orders which takes months to fix. They can not keep maintenance because they want to pay them chump change. In December, I did not have hot water for 3 weeks because they took their time repairing the hot water heater. Since about October my kitchen sink sprays water across the kitchen and I have called numerous times for them to fix it. Instead of them replacing it they put putty over the crack and didnt even cover the entire crack so it still sprays. If my fianc is washing dishes and Im at the kitchen table its like taking a shower in the kitchen. I have been here 4 years and JUST got working smoke detectors a few weeks ago. I have kept my apartment up very nice but I am leaving next month but I can almost bet I wont get my deposit back just because they are a sad company. I have never had issues with the people in the office because I would rather fix something myself than call them. I know that they are low income apartments but I am STILL HUMAN. My air went out one Thursday and of course did not get fixed until the following week but when I called, JESSICA told me that if its not over 82 then it is not an emergency. I have health conditions but of course she did not care and hung up in my face. Unfortunately, even the people in the office hate their job. They have told me theyre overworked and underpaid which is sad. I hate that they feel that way but you chose the job. Not me. I can not wait to leave and never look back. Oh! And if you ask for corporates phone number you get they dont have a phone number, only an email address but the emails get forwarded right back to LP and of course they retaliate. When I moved in my rent was $589. Today my rent is $717 and they want to go up to $777. No maam no sir. I refuse to pay that when I can pay that same amount elsewhere and live better. My smaller apartment in Hazelwood paying $650/month was better than this. The only reason I left that one was because of a divorce but when you know better - you do better. Goodbye Laurel Park and good riddance. Hopefully you all will do better in the future and not treat your tenants like animals.

Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Ive stayed here for years and never had an issue until now. I have to make appointments to just speak with someone for minor issues that can be handled over the phone literally or to even put in a maintenance request. The new property manager needs to work on how she comes off when dealing with people. Her attitude is horrible. The team before her was much better with dealing with tenants and there needs. Its a lot that they need to work on with staffing. Calling corporate will be my next step.
