Lived here for 12 months and enjoyed it very much. The gym is very well equipped, the maintenance team is friendly and does a great job, the pool is amazing in the summer time, and special shoutout to Lexie the leading consultant. She does outstanding work and was always a friendly face to say hello to.

Im blown away by how amazing every single team member is at this property. Ive lived here for a year and everyone in the office is incredibly kind. On top of that- maintenance is so responsive. Today, I placed a work order about a storm grate that got clogged and the maintenance team had it completely fixed within the hour. This is the perfect place to call home!

This is a beautiful and well-maintained property. The management facilitated a seamless move-in. Especially, Lexie is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. We received quick responses to all our queries. The maintenance staff was super helpful and provided prompt service. Our apartment is cozy, with a great view from the windows. Our experience so far has been great!

I have lived here for a full year and am sad to leave. No pests, responsive maintenance, lots of children having fun in the little Greenway between rows of apartments. The community has a swan that just landed here one day and lives here now. Gym is always clean. Only thing I would say is there have been a couple car break-ins so don't leave valuables in your car, but that's par for the course anywhere in Olivette.

Very high end rent for low end amenities. Staff is very kind but there are zero frills and many headaches due to zero investing in upgrades, appliances (specifically AC & dishwasher) and improvements.
