AC wasn't working at the start of spring, so I called for repair. Niko diagnosed the problem, came back when the part was in, and let me know in advance when he could come by. Niko and Greg worked all afternoon to rewire everything and make sure the AC is working. Friendly, courteous, and thorough.

My fiance and I are considering moving to St. Louis. We live on the other side of the state and scheduled a tour a month in advance when we were going to be in St. Louis. It snowed the day before but we didnt get a cancelation email or phone call. So we show up for the tour and the leasing agent refused to show us apartments because of the inclement weather from the day before despite us driving from KC. Do not waste your time here.

One of the nights it dropped down into the negatives, our heat stopped working. Niko got over to our apartment within 10 minutes of us calling and got it back up and running!! He was very friendly and explained everything super well!
