Kyle is an awful Property Manager. The company I have worked for have been trying to get our hvac fixed in our building for months. He is never available in his office, he doesnt correspond to emails, and has prolonged the repairs for the hvac for so long. Countless emails and broken promises. Now his emails are undeliverable, phones no longer are answered. Ive heard horror stories of this building, and now see the justification behind their complaints. Update: the new property management company took over and Jamal is just as awful. He lied saying parts were ordered and that the issue was going to get fixed. A month later maintenance man comes in and says no parts were ordered and they were just now coming to fix the heat which has been out for months. Never even fixed it and the pipes froze and flooded the whole office and all my documents in the office, because no heat was able to reach the office where the pipes began to freeze. Shame on this company. Its a slum.

I lived in the PP apartments for 2 years I had a great experience living in the unit. Any repairs were completed promptly. I would highly recommend people to consider living in this apartment building.

I toured at park pacific and thought it was beautiful! Victoria was so helpful and informative. I ended up leaving St.Louis for work after all, but I wouldve picked PP because of my tour with Victoria!

The property manager, Kyle Schleusner, is FANTASTIC!!! He made the entire process of moving SO easy - super responsive, super kind, and all all-around great guy! This is a truly great environment and Kyle and all the staff are beyond competent and absolutely amazing!
