Sound within sharing walls the sound is minimal and the landscaping is well maintained. Although the community is older, when an appliance malfunctions, maintenance comes within a reasonable amount of time to address the issue. The leasing agents are friendly and are quick to respond to questions posed in the apartment portal. Residents are friendly and courteous. All in all, Im happy with my experience and decision to move into the townhome.

My dishwasher not working for 3 weeks ago and I submitted an application for the maintenance 3 times! And every time they came into house and closed the application and said its working, but actually it is not! The water didnt go through and wash the dishes and each time I open the dishwasher the dishes still dirty! Now Its has been 3 weeks and I still wash the dishes myself and I have a nerve issue and my hand gets worsen! And they said this is not an emergency situation!! So do I have to wait one or two more week too probably to fixed it?? I hope they come right after the Thanksgiving holiday!

This is one of the worst properties I have ever worked for. I worked here for less than few months and that was all I could put up with. Had to jump through hoops to get the things needed to assist the residents. For instance there was a fire and burned half a building now the other half of the building (4 units) I informed them that the residents in them 4 units got water from the burned . It was getting close to winter and I informed them that the water lines were going to freeze when it gets cold (several weeks before freezing temperatures due) they would not give me approval to do anything finally got approval 2 days before freezing temperatures so I had to work as hard as I could to get ready for the freezing temperatures so the pipes would not burst and the 4 good units would not be without water. It was that way with just about all issues. Very unprofessional office staff.One of the office people was very rude to a resident on the phone when trying to get an issue taken care of and the office manager thought it was funny. The other maintenance staff is very inexperienced and dont put any effort in the work I work never work or live for this company,they charge way too much for the apartments and they are not worth the money they charge I got charged for power on my regular rent then got a second charge for the same thing that was on my rent charge ( trash water ect).
