        Have been living here for nearly two years. I love the apartment complex and the staff here are extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming. The building comes with nice amenities. Most people who live here work at Barnes. The rent is pretty reasonable for the area and the units are really nice. Highly recommend this place. Jamey and Patrick are absolutely amazing at their job!

        As I write this the fire alarm is going off for the 50th time (not exaggerating) . It has gone off in the middle of the night. multiple times a day.

        Building management doesn't care about your run down and broken apartment or any theft that occurs (which happens frequently to packages, cars, and storage area). You are on your own. Everything breaks constantly, mainly doors, elevators, AC, and gates. You just have to accept it as normal, don't expect nice things at Residences at forest park. Obviously, the location is fantastic- but this isn't the only building in the area! Take it from a current resident : Stay away :)

        Best place to live in the CWE. Great location, right by the park, nice apartments with great shared amenities and two courtyards. Walking distance to the park and many good restaurants, as well as the big medical center. The staff is excellent, building is always clean, maintenance is taken care of promptly, and any issues are responded to quickly and fixed without having to ask twice. Highly recommend!

      Hi Graham, we apologize for the inconvenience of the of the fire alarms going off earlier. We immediately responded to the alarms and soon discovered one of our other residents burned their food and upon opening their front door it triggered the rest of the alarms in the area. Since then we’ve been working closely with the fire department and now that they have done their walk-through of the community to make sure everything is alright, we are happy to report that while inconvenient, everything is fine. If you have any concerns going forward, please know you can contact our team directly and we’d be happy to assist you in any way that we can do so. We’d love to turn that one star into a five-star experience!

Our team was aware there was a break-in at our storage units which we were deeply disappointed to discover. We completely understand the frustration and inconvenience this event has caused and are doing what we can to investigate this occurrence further; we will also make sure to improve our communication with our residents that were impacted going forward. In regard to repairs, our team works diligently to assist wherever we can when issues arise as our building is historic and nearly 100 years old. When repairs are needed our team quickly works to find resolution, and if needed over longer periods of time, a temporary solution for while the repair is being completed. Our team truly does care about our residents and we are sorry to hear you have not felt that way.
