Always a long wait even if there is 2 people needing to be helped. Today I sat for 20 minutes and 3 people got helped that got there after me. Lady just ignored me so I drove off. So tired of this place being so awful. Going to my transfer scripts fo sho

One of the worst experiences of customer service Ive ever had. Short staffing has been the running excuse for businesses for the last 2 years but this place takes the cake. The service at the pharmacy has been completely horrible for months on end. Sat in the pharmacy drive through for an hour and a half tonight (got there at 4:30pm). In this hour and a half, two vehicles were served. Pulled up to the window at 5:59pm and the pharmacists waited around for 4 minutes so they could make sure to come over and tell me that the pharmacy closed at 6pm. They made up the excuse the system closes at 6 as I sat there and watched a woman inside fight a little bit harder for service and she was given her medication. I would give this place zero stars if possible.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to, dont know how they are still in business. The pharmacy is an absolute nightmare, they frequently dont have stock of different medications and they dont care how bad you need them. This pharmacy is dangerous for anyone that depends on medication to get through the day. STAY AWAY if you take any kind of heart medication.
