Dropped off a prescription and was told it would be ready at 9:30, came back at 9:45 and they had closed the pharmacy 15 minutes early. Completely unprofessional and now my girlfriend who just had surgery is crying in pain because she couldn't get her prescription tonight. I'll never use this location again if I can avoid it

Ordered photo prints to pickup and arrive to find they closed early. Lesson learned, avoid this location as it is unreliable and cannot be counted on.

The pharmacy is absurd. They literally let people drop off prescriptions in the drive through and then wait 15-30 minutes while those are filled rather than asking them to pull out of the lane and wait somewhere else. I cant go in the store right now, I just need to pickup a prescription. Inside is always dirty. I dont come to this store unless absolutely necessary. If I go to hell it will be this store.
Edit; its worse than ever. Im literally stepping around junkies on the way in.
The inside of this store positively stinks like unwashed humans. Its filthy. The parking lot is atrocious. They closed the good one on Troost and left us with this dump.
