very bad job by the staff... I have ordered with them twice now and when I go to get the order once it didn't work, it was broken and they didn't want to make it again and now the second time it doesn't have it. the material and they tell me that I sent it again and they don't want to do it for me either. There is also a dark-skinned man who is very racist because he is the one who has served me twice and neither time has he done my job for me. They should change the staff and bosses see how they treat people

Everyone from Oscar who answered the phone to Stacey behind the counter took every opportunity to make sure I was taken care of with my Western Union transaction. Every employee was friendly, accommodating and patient. I was having a very bad day and they were all wonderful.

Terrible customer service. Long wait times. Standing at photo counter customer service for 10 minutes! No assistance! Lady at pharmacy rude! Couldve told me their store hours. I wasnt even here to get a prescription! Man at cash register rude too! Not willing to help. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could do 0 stars. Needs better management & staff.

The worst management staff I've ever encountered, rudest store manager, and pharmacist and pharmacy is always under staffed.. i have reported them to corporate headquarters now more than once. The turn over is staggering. I'm sure they are over worker, but common curtsey and human Decency are things they don't know to display. Shame on Walgreens for employing such deplorable people.
