        Destroyed our faith in Verizon - the manager allowed my son's phone to be cloned IN STORE for a Michigan number without contacting us as owner's of the account. The thief then stole thousands of dollars from the bank using the cloned phone. DISGUSTING DO NOT TRUST THEM
