        Mark informed me to use the app and refused to provide any customer service. Thanks to Mark I'll be switching phone providers. If I can't get customer service in person instead of via phone call or app I do not want to be a customer. Edit- and to the owner, judging by your "clever" reply you clearly don't care which is fine at the end of the day theres always other options for me and you. But you and your team is what's wrong with most businesses these days. Sincerely verizon customer since 2006! God bless
