Rented and got hit with hidden fees and other things. When I called to ask the lady was rude to me. No customer service.

I was allowed to make my reservation with my debit card online. I went to get the car and was informed I couldn't rent it with my debit card. WHAT?!?!? It was nearly a week before I got my money back from a car they wouldn't rent. They sure took the money fast enough. Now I know not to do business there.

Zero stars. Do not rent here unless you want everything screwed up. Management is apparently inept, no organization at all. The desk workers will make a mistake and you will pay for it.

Not pleased. I picked up the car and was taken to the back lot where the car needed to be inspected to make sure it was clean because the cars are normally brought to the front lot when they are ready for customersokay, no big deal.I appreciated the young mans service even if it was taking up some of my time. But upon return, I was charged $70 extra dollars for being two hours late from the online booking time. The online booking time was tied to my flight times (booked together). A departure at 3:15 pm should not require a car to be returned by 11 am. Maybe thats on Amex Travel or a tactic to present the lowest pricenot sure. Regardless, I should have stuck with a company that I have loyalty perks with and offers a reasonable grace period for the few dollars a day difference.
