I do not recommend!! Your financial banking employees has absolutely no right to limit funds especially after they have been confirmed! I explained the issue several times to the Branch Manager & many other employees and was informed that I did not provide efficient information pertaining to the issue at hand! It's very unprofessional that you say one thing and then state that you did not say it. It's very unprofessional that you twist words and relate only to those that apply within your guidelines, which is opposite of helping the customer out with a financial issue. It's very unprofessional that you state there's a limit but then contradict your own words after viewing an approved transaction over the amount in which you stated! The issue was never addressed, now there's a new issue and neither will be addressed! So no,I absolutely do not recommend this banking institute!

I need to bring to your attention that Tim Birk has acted unprofessionally by mishandling my identification and payment card. This kind of conduct deserves disciplinary action, which may even include the termination of his employment. I urge you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Regions offers banking and investment options and I was able to transfer my 401k from a previous employer into investments that best suits my needs. Tim, Justin, Michael, George, and Kathy are exceptional. All are professional but friendly and dont rush you. They explain everything in detail. Great bank that I have banked with for 30 years.

This incident occurred at the Paris Rd location-however, the assistant manager there stated she spoke with the manager at this location (Providence) who reaffirmed her stance and stated that they could not provide the document, which is required by the US government to sponsor a refugee from Ukraine. See below: First-I have banked with Regions for a very long time-at least a decade. Ive had two mortgages with them. Ive generally been happy with the service they have provided. Today Im doubting if I will continue to patronize their business-read on to understand why. My wife and I are planning to sponsor some Ukrainian refugees (the gov refers to them as parolees) under the uniting for Ukraine program. We need specific documentation that is mandated by US Customs and Immigrations Services. I arrive at the bank only a few minutes after theyre open today and request a document showing my current account balance, my total deposits for the last year, and when the account was opened, this signed by a bank officer. I spoke with Emily, the Assistant Manger. Apparently, providing customer service is dead, because they were absolutely uninterested in meeting this request-a request necessary to be able to sponsor Ukrainian refugees and information that is MANDATORY to provide to the US government. Worse yet, the bank manager went online to see if I was correct, presumably not believing that this is an actual requirement of the program. If I cannot find another, more reasonable branch in another area, I am effectively prevented from being able to sponsor a Ukrainian refugee because of my banks incompetence. If you want a bank that follows ridiculously rigid guidelines, this is the place for you. But if you want a bank that provides quality customer service, go to a different branch. Way to effectively give the finger to Ukrainian refugees, Regions!
