        Teller did not know how to give an exchange rate for the dollar to a foreign currency and was rude. teller gave me the exchange rate for the foreign currency to the dollar, which is not what I asked for.

        I've always had good luck with this branch. When I do go inside, they are professional, seem to care and they get me out quickly, which I like. If they are busy, they are busy. I appreciate how smoothly they operate.

        Terrible customer service. Once my last check clears I am taking all money from here. It's dirty, they have 2 people working today and the wait is long and thr 2 different people I've worked with were very rude
