I like to think of MYSELF as the Queen of Customer Service..However I will gladly retire that title to Angelica Guevera, former Universal Banker, newly titled, & well deserved Assistant Branch Manager @ Central Bank, Chesterfield MO. 63017. Thank You for taking such GREAT care of Me, My Family, & Friends. I highly recommend, Her, & this Bank to anyone...Universally Beneficial All Around!!!!!!

I have been a member of Central Bank and it is the best! The customer service from Angelica and Dorian is outstanding. They always have a smile and are so wonderful to me and can always solve any problem I have.

Dorian Rhodes always greets the customers with a cheerful hello and is always asks how he can help. Today I had to check on a missing check and also inquire about various rates and as always he generously takes time to answer questions and assist. He makes the customer feel valued.

Great staff always professional and friendly! Never realized how great my family has it with central bank, until a nation bank we use took over 10 days to get what we needed.! All our stuff has moved to central bank!

I would recommend Central Bank to anyone. Greg and Tim helped me so much through a period of family loss. They were always there for me through the whole process and were helpful at every stage. I won't forget their care and support and you are in good hands with them.
