One young lady inside was arrogant . I asked her about the investment accounts and move my investments to Bank of America. She answered me , this is only for the American Citizens!! Well I know for sure that green card holders can . But she insisted on saying this is only for citizens. On my way out I saw the manager of BOFA branch at cherry street .. so asked him how true is this ..he answered this is incorrect, and yes green card holders can. The young lady was listening, and from the back she jumped into the conversation and kept saying no they can’t . I can or I can’t ..I don’t care . This is your loss . I opened my investment account somewhere else . One star or less if I could

Now I get it. I was one of those customers that showed up 3 min before they closed. I admit that is annoying. BUT, AS I WAS LITERALLY WALKING UP TO THE DOOR the teller looked me dead in the eyes and “click” she locks it. Now I understand, you blew a hundred grand on an English lit degree and now you work at a bank. I’d be a miserable sh*t too. BUT DAMN MAN THAT WAS COLD BLOODED! So needless to say. Go to the downtown location. They are friendly. These people aren’t.

I know they closed that branch. And I’d think Bank of America really should to close that branch. I used to go there almost every day from year of 2000 through 2006. The manager, the officers, the tellers were very warm and polite, they seemed to know every customer’s name, helped every time with efficiency. That made that location not just a place for banking. Few years later, I started banking again at the same location, only because I liked that place so much from my previous experiences. But everything was different. They worked in a new way under the management of a new branch manager. And that’s been a disaster. Several times I was treated like nothing ( even been kicked out once even I had set up an appointment at 3:30pm but they were behind and had to be ready to go home), I closed my account there. Ok, I don’t think they cares. But I had been curious why they treated their customers like that. Now I know, they kicked their customers out so they could close that branch. Tell me otherwise.
