        Said they'd make a replacement card and put it in the mail on Monday (I called on a Saturday for a replacement card). Over a week later and no card still, so I call and it was never even made. update: they were very nice and got my card printed in like, 5 minutes.

        The callaway bank is trash. The app is not updated in real time and the people are non empathetic. They act like it's an inconvenience to be doing their jobs. They put people in charge that get pleasure out of charging you non sufficient funds fees all the while the app is not updated correctly. I banked with them for many years and will never again.
