      image Called in to ask about their CD rates. Person who initially answered phone was helpful and got me to the right person (only reason not 1 star). The person I was transferred to did not want to quote the rates over the phone, but rather over email. I say thats okay and gave her my email address. Its been well over a week, honestly would have expected this email to come through within the hour. Checked junk folder etc. Never received said email. Invested my money elsewhere.

      image Worst banking network EVER. No one has a clue what is going on. I've spent more time on the phone and driving to the bank for ridiculous reasons in the past 3 months then have with all other banks combined in my entire life. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

      image Absolute worst banking institution I have dealt with. They will hold on to your money any way they can. Depositing direct deposits a day late. I have been hung up on. I could go on.
