If you are a student who likes to party, blast loud music, have about 70 people cram into your apartment, and then throw you beer bottles and break them all over the parking lot, then this place is for YOU! For me, I couldn't stand it and left immediately after my lease was up.

One of the worse management company in town. Apartment are built with low quality. Cheap walls and appliances, but rent is high. They don't really treat the parking lot after snow and icy rain. The stiars are ALWAYS icy after a snow storm.

People at the office are rude and want reasons for you to call through out the year, then resolve nothing when you do. Rents too high for that kinda bull

Not sure if this is the right one or the Garry Lewis properties is. So ill put this on both because I'm pretty sure they're the same.
I can't say anything for the previous management, but the new group that has taken over has been some of the best people to rent from that I've ever had!
Very kind staff, reasonable hours of operation, and maintenance requests are easy to schedule and very fast to get to. Also he's a nice guy even.
We had a few things here and there to fix when we first were moving in to now, and they've always been right on top of it!
With the kindness and ease of renting through these guys, we plan to continue to rent from them the rest of our stay in Columbia!
