Fireside Apartments

Lived in two units at fireside before renovated it was even nice then at the time! Greg Morgan and his team was efficient and courteous!! Loved it there! Nice location, beautiful place and a great team !!

Close to campus, close to all the stores but still feels quiet and comfortable. Apartment had to be majorly cleaned up upon move in but the landlord is extremely accommodating and understanding. Complaints and concerns are taken seriously, biggest issue is neighbors which is not the fault of the apartment complex.

Called to get info on the apartments and was then asked multiple questions about why I was moving and why I wanted a place soon. After asking if he needed in-depth detail he demanded yes so I hung up. He then texted me telling me hanging up will get me black balled and told me I have no business moving and about how my current lease works when he doesn’t even know where I currently live. Further more, the apartment office is a literal sinkhole that was full of mud and dead leaves. But he did tell me to FU in some messages and “money>principle of morals”. Honestly probably a great landlord!

My favorite place I have lived in Columbia! The location is superb and so walkable! The insides of the units have been remodeled and are beautiful. All of the other tenants are great. And the pool is a blast! Great landlord, easy, everything is done online. I really love living here!
