I've lived at Grindstone Canyon for the last two years, and I love it! The apartments are spacious, and the complex is in a convenient place. There are trails and restaurants within walking distance, and campus, downtown, and grocery stores are all less than a 10 minute drive away. Maintenance and management are always quick to respond to any issues that we have, and they hold several events for residents throughout the year!

Very good experience! The systems they have in place to onboard tenants is sophisticated, seamless, and user friendly.
I feel like I am best friends with the prop manager after just a couple of interactions. She is fantastic!
I buy apartment complexes for a living. This prop is the only one that I have ever seen with a centralized trash removal facility, impressive.

Grindstone is a great place to live the amenities are great and the staff are so nice and welcoming.

I love grindstone canyon! They are always super quick with maintenance request and super interactive with their residents by always having events with games, food, and prizes. If you want to live somewhere where you are noticed and valued, Grindstone Canyon is the place!
