Providence Hill Apartments and Townhomes

The apartments are spacious, well-maintained and affordable. They have large windows, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and washer/dryer in each unit. The utilities are included in the rent, which is a great deal. The community has a pool, a sundeck and a laundry facility for residents to enjoy. The staff is friendly, professional and responsive to any issues or requests. The location is convenient, close to shopping, dining, parks and schools. It's also a short drive to the University of Missouri and downtown Columbia. Providence Hill Apartments is a great place to call home. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet and safe living environment in Columbia, MO.

Amazing price, the BEST management, and perfect location. This isnt luxury living but I would choose it over other places any day. Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience friendly, responsive, and quick maintenance staff and landlord.

If you are wondering why there's only so many reviews, check dbc rentals-they are the ones that are renting out this place. That being said it's great. It's a quiet place with lots of parking. Utilities are paid for. Prices are midrange. You could cycle to the uni from here. It's perfect for students and grads alike!

Weve lived here almost two years. We love the one-bill-cover-all policy, which includes water, gas, electricity, AND cable and internet. We also like the management, Shelle and Chris are very friendly and quick response. The neighborhood is quite and safe. The school zone is good too.

I live in one of the townhomes which are spacious and nice. I also like the all-inclusive EVERYTHING!
