    This is by far the worst management I have ever come in contact with, or heard of, in regards to rental property. We have been tenants with this company for two years now, and they have gotten progressively worse. Problems have ranged from flaws in the structural design, to poor customer service, to outrageous wait periods for required maintenance. The following is a list of the MAJOR issues we have had in our two year stay: - Structural issues: - certain drawers unable to open more than 1/3 of the way due to improper measurements, causing collision with other appliances - Closet door with improper measurements, wont close all the way - Window frames falling apart - Cleanliness/customer service: - Reported strange mold growing above the shower in the bathroom. Continuously returned even after we cleaned it. Took approximately a month for maintenance to respond to the call, and we were told "there was nothing they could do about it without ripping apart the whole ceiling." When this was later brought up during a complaint, the manager informed us that the maintenance person who worked on it stated that it was nothing and that we could just wipe it off. - Maintenance/customer service: - Our first summer, in July/August, our A/C went out, along with a few other tenants. It took approximately a week to a week and a half to get it fixed. Temperatures were reaching in the high 90's to 100 degrees daily. - It is the end of April now, for a week and a half neither our heat nor a/c were functioning properly. It took 4 phone calls to finally get maintenance to show up and fix it. To fix the heat took a total of 10 minutes. Maintenance informed us that "they needed more consistently hot days to justify working on the a/c." For the next 3 days it will be in the 80's, and our A/C is not working. We feel as though this list is more than enough to justify early termination of the lease without a fee, however whenever we contacted the manager and explained that we simply wanted to move out a month early, we were treated with an extreme lack of professionalism and respect. The manager spoke to us as if we were nothing more than a nuisance, and that we were wasting her time. She concluded that none of our issues were enough to terminate the lease, and that we would just have to deal with it. We were also never provided with a copy of our lease when we signed the papers. Needless to say I will never recommend this agency to anyone, and will proactively steer people away from renting any properties under their care.
