I live here now and i must be honest. When i moved here, Marcia, was so personable and friendly to me. She of course left. Now, the newer LEASING AGENT, Candace, has evicted me or threatened to evict me multiple times for fraudulent reasons. For example, i used a curse word once while speaking to her. She gave me EVICTION papers.. Once i was speaking to a neighbor and she actually came out of her office and screamed at them to not associate with me. Excuse me? in reality, she knows as well as i do that they have the white women tenants on the bottom, FLOODING, floor. YES, i was upset bc they DO NOT FIx anything HERE! Yes, they remodelded the vacant apartments, not the ones that the tenants CURRENTLY live in. And honestly, is she a god fearing woman? Bc she needs to repent. OTHERWISE IMMA SEND ALL THESE SEWER rats to her. She knows what im talking about. Anyways, keep living in your glass house girl.

Ive stayed out here in 2013 nd they had a real bad rat infestation nd me nd my kids moved! Now Im bck thought they had changed but now I have a hole in the living room ceiling,the bathroom ceiling nd my kitchen window leaks like its raining inside! Nd now they tryna put us out. Lying like we have been to court.

Ive been waiting 5 months for them to return my $500 deposit they never answer the phone and always at work I cant really go up there Ive emailed them and the etc.
