        Wonderful living here at the Briars. Very nice manager and well respected maintenance team. Quiet area and close to interstate or highway which is interesting.

        Real rude and bad with business. Didnt process my application because she didnt have documents from previous apartment that she never asked me to provide. They pick and choose who they want to rent their apartments and will come up with bogus excuses to why they didnt run your application. I dont suggest renting from them at all.

        I loved staying here, the property manager is very nice, maintenance shows up ASAP! It's always quiet, I would definitely recommend staying here.
