        If you are OK with terrible living standards for a cheap price and dealing with property managers and maintenance who could care less about the condition you live in than you will enjoy this place but if you are someone who wants something even semi decent they will not be able to provide that or be able to provide any decent service when you have any issue that requires maintenance, not to mention the roach infestation this place is 0 out of 5 stars (I attached a picture of one of the many roaches I dealt with during my stay )

        A family member and I moved to different properties with this company. Apartments are infested with mold due to water leakage that has not been addressed. They only address certain color people maintenance requests first. They dont clean their units before you move in which is the reason why they wont allow you to view until you pay your deposit. Im pretty sure some of their units have fire code violations as well. This company gross in millions a year and dont give a damn about their properties. Heat doesnt work in the winter time. They make you move in days before the end of the month to get extra money. This company is a joke and I dont understand how the people in the office dont feel bad for working for this leech. Belhaven overall is a beautiful area lots of events and different places to eat. Try another company

        I recently moved my mom into an apartment managed by Belhaven Residential. The property managers Dean and Tasha were wonderful to work with. They were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. The units are clean and well kept. If you are looking for a place to live I highly recommend Belhaven Residential.

      Mr. Bernard, during your two week stay with us, we did send maintenance to your unit in a timely manner to address your concerns. The electric issue required us to hire an electrician and it took time getting him out to your location, but we would have eventually resolved all your concerns if given the chance. Thank you for giving us a try.

We want everyone who rents from us to love where they live.
