Pepper Mill Apartments

I lived at Pepper Mill for a year. Its better than most apartments in Jackson for the price, but still not the best. Maintenance responds within 1-3 days once the work order is put in (sometimes same day). The biggest downfall is not being able to contact the office easily. It doesn't matter if you call Pepper Mill or the company its owned by. They will not fix cosmetic issues. They need serious renovations. And also no access to amenities. The laundromat is a JOKE (4 washers & 4 dryers). Trash will pile up at the dumpster. You WILL hear gun shots all day, but I never had anyone break into my car or house.

These are the worst apartments that I have ever lived in. Water leaks through the wall, and cabinets. Joycelyn is very rude and should not be in office. She never answers the phone & she is never in the office. The pool hasnt been open in years. Rent goes up but they can never fix anything. If I could give peppermill a negative star I would. Do not waste your time and money moving to these raggedy apartments

I've been living here for 1 year in a 2br 1.5 ba. These are great spacious apartments.
