        Ask a question on the phone and they wont call you back. Ask a question in person and theyll tell you to make an appointment, even if its a simple yes or no question. Oh and email? Good luck with that. Meanwhile the bank is completely empty, but theyre still too busy for their own account holders. Youd be better off guessing the answers to your own questions.
