These people are the worst. I have no problem with the Gulfport branch, very competent people there. Got a money order for someone in Pass Christian. Took it to them. Called me that night saying the name was typed totally wrong and they couldn't cash it. Drove all the way to Pass Christian to pick it up, drive back to Ocean Springs, get the name typed correctly, and drive it all the way back. I get a "sorry about that." Oh, don't try to get a money order through the drive thru. You have to park and go in, even though everybody in front of you takes more time by far than any money order would take. These people suck.

Highly wouldnt recommend the black lady in the middle was rude and never informed me it was 13.50 to cash a check that is in their name . They dont answer the phone and the manger does not care. I have an account and was charged 13.50 to cash my check . Horrible service . Her name is Erin ! I came back to see if I can get it fixed and they informed me that they will not give me the money that she took

Need someone better and more efficient working in the drive thru before I'll come back here again. The drive thru stayed closed for what felt like at least 6 months. Then the branch closed as a whole for a week. While it was closed, regular customers were inconvenienced by having to drive to Biloxi or Pascagoula to do business. Horrible timing to close a bank with it being tax season. The first day back to being open, the line to the atm was so long that you couldn't even access the parking lot or the drive thru. If you're a regular customer here, you are aware of how horrible the parking is at this branch. Once I made it to the drive thru, with no one in line behind me, I was turned away. I was told I needed to go inside because I had 4 transactions instead of 3. It has never been an issue before, especially when no one else is in line. You would think they would be more accommodating after they just had a week off, and all of their customers were made to drive up to 30 minutes away to do banking. I go inside, no customers in there either. As the teller is finishing up with me, I watch the same teller from the window leave for their lunch break. No other cars came through after me. So really the issue was that the extra transaction I had (getting 1's, 5's, and 10's in change) would have kept the teller from leaving for lunch right at 12:00 on the dot. I work 55+ hours/wk and run a business. I don't have time to do business with people who can't make time for my business.
