Ive had nothing but great experiences here . I have gone in for 2 physicals and drug test and everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I have had a few paperwork issues ,but they always work to resolve them as quickly as possible .

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is a joke. very rude people. I went in to get a physical for work and they insisted on a DOT physical when I'm in a non DOT position even when the paper stated NON DOT . I honestly think they pushed the DOT one because it pays them more. So just because of that I WILL be reporting the NP that saw me to the State Nursing Board and I will be filing a formal complaint with Memorial Hospital. If they don't do anything my attorney will be in contact.

Excellent example of why people don't like and are scared of going to the doctor's office

My wife and I are both disabled seniors in our mid to upper 60's. We usually accompany each other on our doctor's visits. Mostly because of our poor hearing and a better understanding of doctors comments and recommendations. Having made our appointments back to back, we always go in together. Except today, upon checking in we both requested, filled out and signed patient information authrorization forms. This allowed each of us to have access to each others' personal medical records, as we are each other's primary care takers. But it wasn't the case today. The medical assistant (MA) called my wife to see the doctor. When I got up to go with my wife the (MA) said I was not allowed to go back with her. A few minutes later my name was called, I preceded to tell the very rude MA that I wanted my wife present when the doctor came in. Again my request was denied. Her reply was policy did not allow it. Speak to the doctor I was told. When the Physician Assistant (PA) came in, I requested my wife's presents, sorry she replied, can't happen, it's policy. I then questioned whose policy, the hospital. No, she replied, the doctor's. At this point , I asserted my Patient's Rights and threaten to file a complaint with Memorial Hospital, Mississippi Department of Health and Hospitals and Medicare. Her name is Rachael (PA) Clinic on Poppy St. Biloxi. She finally got the idea and let my wife attend my office visit. To many times medical professionals think they are God. That patients are like animals without feelings and all have the same behaviors and require the same treatment. In my opinion, I have used veterinarians who treated my pets with more understanding and compassion than we were treated. To all the seniors, stand up for your patient rights, remember that the doctor is working for you, without your insurance and money they would not have a job. We all deserve to be respected and treated in a humane manner. In closing, it's sad to think that the words coming out of some doctor's mouth may be more BS than Gospel. Dressed in white doesn't always mean they are Saints.
