      image I wouldnt give this place a -10 score! For every ONE good nurse, theres 10 who are like the nurse named Sommer, who is currently in the ER!! NO bedside manner, common patient/family courtesy, common sense and lack the ability to READ the notes on a chart and follow simple directions!! Every time I give this place the benefit of the doubt, they hire the most incompetent people around!!! The staff from 4/6/24, were great that I encountered and then comes Sommer! Merit Health has been horrible since I first went in 1994 and just keeps getting worse!!

      image My daughter is throwing up and has diarrhea...they tell her that she can't go to the bathroom because she has to pee in a cup...I hope yall' caught the diarrhea part...we just watched 2 white women and a white man go to the back Never said anything about peeing...they are complaining of abdominal pain also...mmmmmmm....seems like they have a preference...I'm African American by the way
