Best childrens clinic ever very understanding caring loving doctors and nurses the staff all are very helpful and friendly. My daughter has been going here for 14 yrs. And I wouldnt Change it.

Went to see Dr. Karpitskaya today. Let me first say she is a wonderful doctor and she really knows her stuff. She is polite and understanding of your issues. As for her staff and the front desk, they are changed out way to often. Bienville doesn't train them well enough. They loose paperwork all the time, they forget to make or save appointments and they have horrible attitudes. I have had so many issues with them that I started to document all of my own information I give them. They do not file the questionnaire they ask you when you arrive. If they happen to file it they put what ever they want as your answers. I have caught them on 3 separate occasions falsely submitting information. The wait times in the front aren't to bad but the wait for the doctor in the back room is on average an extra 40-45 minutes. The overall building seems pretty clean and well taken care of. Over all I would give this location 2 stars. But the staff should be reported to the Mississippi fraudulent department.
