      image Nice cars and friendly staff. However my credit card was charged incorrectly in the end and I still have not gotten it fixed yet.
      Usually do Enterprise MSP. I recommend them.

      image Absolutely horrendous customer service. Guy at the counter was super rude. No greeting, demanded my id and credit card. I had an issue with my rental and asked for the manager he stormed away slamming a door behind the counter. He came back and took his stuff and went to a different counter. I asked for his name and he ignored me like a toddler would do. Totally unprofessional

      image I was charged for fuel even though I returned it full. Trying to reach customer service is impossible. I wonder how often they slip this charge into a rental? Seems like a scam. Trying to fix it is a pain and time consuming. Super disappointed in Hertz after being a loyal customer for a long time.
