The person were nice. The car had minor damage on the outside and lots of stains on the inside. It didn't feel very clean. I will be cleaning it before I drive it. Overall, I felt it was not to normal Hertz standards.

Terrible experience. They do not maintain proper maintenance on their vehicles. I picked up a vehicle drove 1600 miles and got stranded in the desert because the battery was shot. I when I called the roadside line I was told they shouldve checked all that before renting the car out. I rent a car so I dont have to worry about things like that. Wasted a whole day of our vacation and had to fight to get some compensation.

When we got there they didn't have any cars. We waited another 20min to get 1 from another hertz dealer. The lady working was very nice and apologenic. And very prompt to get us 1. Satisfied with my experience

Julia helped me in getting my rental. She was super kind, helpful, and offered nice conversation during the moments of silence where she was doing behind the scenes work to get my rental up and running. The car rental was mostly clean, though there were three past rental papers in the center console, outside of this everything was great. The car had a maintenance request on my return to the facility but it ended up working out fine and with no issues.

Prepaid for a vehicle. Scheduled to pick up at 10 am, but didn't make it there until 1 or so, so they supposedly rented my vehicle out to someone else (I was told that they do a lot of rentals for auto repair and they absolutely never make those customers wait, this is where my vehicle allegedly went). I suspect that the vehicle was never actually there, because the gal then slipped up and said they were expecting vehicles early that morning, but they hadn't shown up yet. They told me that there would be an SUV there by 2, so I came home, went back up around 2, still no SUV. They did try to call, but I missed the call. They finally found a mini van for me, but had to wait another 2 hours. Called corporate and left a message with someone-they never returned my phone call. Only thing I got out of this whole mess was pre paid refill on gas and an upgrade to a minivan-which the guy had to make sure he told me that he was doing for free. I would never use Hertz again. I never had problems with Enterprise or Budget.
Editing to add that I did email to the response below, and nobody ever contacted me back. What a ridiculous company.
