Everyone depositing money to this bank through the atm make sure you count your money. This atm will take a couple 100 from you, first time it happened to me. I was confused, and I thought it was me the one who count more. Finally, realized the machine is not working.. I told to the person at the bank and she said there is part missing to the atm and someone is supposed to be fixing it. Meanwhile, if you let it be the ATM will assume 200 to 300 less on your deposit.

Terrible service I come in with a cashiers check and they act I stole the check and didnt want to cash it would never do business with this bank ever

The manager was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and refused to cash his check without valid reason. She then proceeded to write on his check and tell him to call the place where he got the check from. I don't know if it's the amount of the check or what, but she was very unprofessional and didn't have a valid reason as to why she couldn't cash the check. He said he felt like he was treated very poorly. She did however tell him that she could open an account immediately if he was willing to deposit some of the check. This bank has been giving him the run around for 4 days. SMH We would NEVER intrust our money with people who treat us less than. After calling our attorney we will be returning and having her follow the protocol that she was supposed to follow through with the 1st time we were there.
