Banking at CCU is like banking in 1995. Their online banking is so terrible that they would be better off getting rid of it. Its really hard to view your accounts and access your money here in any way. They dont have modern security features, so they just lock you out of your accounts all the time. They also have high fees, but Ill Ill give them 2 stars for avoiding predatory lending practices.

Lost a 3000 dollar check that was ups shipped to their branch. Is costing me money daily. Will change review if they remedy the situation. If not I will be canceling all accounts there Edit: barely fixed the situation. Insurance company fixed it. Then made me feel dumb for not knowing loan procedures after an accident. Dont bank here. Im getting out soon.

They make it hard to pay them off so they can get that extra percentage off interest. They returned one of my payments in October I'm assuming cause I paid more than they liked and I've sent two payments in the last week one was supposed to be paid by the 11th still shows as sent by my bank. Sketchy practices. And all payments were sent electronic.

Contacted CCCU to apply for a personal loan and the customer service I received from Cherylaah was exceptional. She went above and beyond to assist me through the process and was able to answer all of my questions. All agents should strive to be more like Cherylaah!
