U.S. Bank Branch

This is about the worst customer service Ive had at U.S. Bank. The teller look like she didnt even want to be there. First there was only two ladies. One told me to hold on while she was counting money and the other one was helping another customer. I probably had to wait about 6 minutes Until she was ready. When I came up to the desk, there was no emotion whatsoever or liveliness that made me feel like a valued customer of over 10 years. Not even a what can I do for you today? Even the thank you was dry and that was after I said, thank you. Oh yeah, and dont even get me started on how dirty it was. There were candy sticks on the ground and crumbs. Not a financial advisor or rep and sight. I wont be coming back

Called 8 days ago to ask a simple question about my account, was told someone would call me back. No call back. Three days later, I called again, got told someone would call me back. No one called me back. Then today (8 days since initial call), called again, was told I was going to be the "top priority" and get a call ASAP. No phone call back.

I had a complication with my mobile direct deposit. 2 weeks ago, I deposited a check for $2k from my new employer. The check was on hold for a week, which is unheard of. I consulted with the off-site banking, and they couldn't help me. So I had no choice but to come to a branch. I spoke to a beautiful bilingual teller(Spanish)! She redirected me to her manager, Tom. Tom insured me that he would have my issue resolved within 2 hours. I came into the branch at 2 PM and Tom called me at 3:50 PM. Tom notified me that my funds have been released from my hold of my current new employer check. This is a prime example of excellent customer service. Drove all the way here to be turned around, the entire bank was empty but lady said we are short staffed we can schedule you an appointment. Like its no one else in this bank as a customer but me.
