        I went into this Branch this afternoon to get change for a 20 they were extremely rude about the whole thing asking if I had an account here since when can't you walk into a bank and and break a 20 or get change

        The two times I have went inside the branch because the ATM wasnt working I have been greeted by staff with their heads sunk into their phones and its one thing to be on ur phone but the way the dont even hide that they dont wanna serve you is as ugly as their faces

        Went into the branch on 7th street trying to get cash to pay for some home improvement I was having done. I was trying to find out how I could get cash the fastest expecting to have to open a checking account. The lady helping me didn't seem to want my business. Like the review below mine, you should chose another bank and save yourself the hassle.
