Best rental car experience I have had in a long time! The customer service we received from Ethan was out of this world. Highly recommend.

Was told I had 24 hour access so I showed up to get my stuff out at 11pm only to find out they restricted my code. Had to get a motel and wait until 5 am. Not impressed.
