Truck Rental at U-Haul

Trucks are kinda beat up. Staff are consistently rude. I have rented there 3 times. 2 out of 3 left me feeling disrespected and talked down to by people who didn't have a clue what they were talking about.

The mileage was not correct to what the agreement/application said was so I would have been OVERBILLED. Fuel was NOT CORRECT to what the agreement/application said so I would have had to purchase MORE FUEL The DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE was INCORRECT with scratches and RIPPED UP BED on the truck (WITH NO STICKERS TO MARK THEM) what the agreement/application said so I would have been stuck to pay for damage I didn't do... PLUS the PHONE APPLICATION DIDN'T work with my NEW ANDROID so I had to GET THE PERSON WORKING OUT to review these items wasting 1/2 hour of my VALUABLE TIME doing your job... Kind of a drag when I spent $300 for the use of a truck for a day. The lady who checked me out was kind, and understood my concerns. On top of this, after I wrote this review for the U-Haul website, it redirects me to copy my review and link to google, which didn't work either. You need some new IT folks...
