        Absolutely horrible customer service whoever I was talking to on the phone is the rudest person I’ve ever done business with in Rochester and I’ve lived here a lot of years. I will never ever ever rent a Truck or trailer from these people again. I was using their service to her three times a month. I called and asked a simple question and was spoken to like a child.I will be taking my business to Penske down the road from now on. I would strongly advise getting rid of who ever is answering the phones today. I’m sure my business wasn’t the only business this company has lost because of the way this person talks to people.
