We have been here since January 8, 2023 . There is nothing the concierge team wont do to help. David, Hisham, Cameron and Lawrence cater to your every whim. I feel so blessed to be in their care. They have become family to us. This floor is an extension of Mayo Clinic care .The team wants you taken care . Thank you for David and his team. They are the towers greatest asset!

Is this a joke?!?! Everything went bad on are trip, never going here again. Worst Hotel in the United States. Here are 3 reasons why...
1. Smallest Refrigerator, they dont give a larger one.
2. AC was broke, they refused to fix it.
3. We ordered pizza, but they wouldnt let the pizza man go up the elevator, my dad cant walk, and I'm too young to go on my own, so we had to wait 30 minutes for are pizza to come up, by that time the pizza was cold.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
