Safest neighborhood in SE Rochester friendly neighbors and its very quiet. The no smoking is also great. The property manager Jason is amazing and very nice I highly recommend this place for Mayo employees and students who need the peace and quiet.

I scheduled a tour at the Manor Med City couple of weeks ago with Jason Case, the Manager. I was pleased with his reception and he made me feel welcomed. I will definitely rent a three bedroom apartment from him.

Had a tour and this place is totally different from the past! The new renovations are beautiful and the Property Manager Jason was incredibly friendly and helpful! I would 100% recommend renting here!
