        HORRIBLY MANAGED PLACE. The neighborhood is good and the neighbors are nice, but this building is extremely poorly managed and it is truly beyond words to describe how the management office works here.

        I am not quite sure what has been going on but for days to a week I can't get a hold of anyone at this establishment. I'm not even a resident yet but want to apply and no one answers the phones or email. I will say Ronda has been the only that has on occasion. The place looks lovely but I have no idea why there is only 1 person staffed at such a big establishment it makes me worry that renters needs wouldn't be met.
