Beautiful place and the rooms are immaculate!!! Best place to stay in Rochester if you ask me !!

The hotel's location is just good, the prices are very expensive compared to nicer and better hotels, cleaning is once a week, the staff is always unwelcoming as the guests cannot enjoy the lobby and chat, the cooking appliances are very old and dirty from the effects of previous guests, The water flow is very weak, and the smell of cooking spreads to all floors

The hotel is in a good location, over priced no facilities except the gym, the price $ doesnt include breakfast and car parking, the house keeping just once in the week if you are planning to stay for a long period. It seems that they are taking advantage cause of location and the sky walk. Al the pics in the booking and other sites is not updated it shows that they is a breakfast buffet when there no. Its the only hotel that you will be kicked out of the lobby if you stay more than 15 min, cause the reason they say its just for people who waits for there transportation. I hope they find a new management.

The management is so bad no facilities and it has the only lobby in the world that the residents cant sit in the lobby and get kicked out of the lobby if we sit in it and its over over priced, nothing included even the breakfast.

The Apartments is Very old decorated ,some of the ovens are not working , the cleaning Only once a week ! the ventilation is very low quality you will smell the Cooking all over the floor and the rooms ! , the hotel is the highest rate in the city even though the residence they cant stay more than 15 minutes in the lobby , not welcoming at all , the equipments in the gym are very old and no maintanance
