Riverwalk Rochester

Riverwalk is an amazing community! Theres a great pool with baseball views, private gym, and clean community rooms. While management changed hands a few times, they managed to resolve all our issues when the arose. The maintenance crew is great and friendly! The office staff currently does a great job creating community by hosting events and parties. Overall, worth the price for the amenities and proximity to downtown/ Mayo!

Riverwalk is truthfully the nicest apartment complex in Rochester. Amazing amenities and staff! (Plus doughnuts every Saturday morning). The pool deck is the spot to be in the city during the summer, with the best view of the Rochester Honkers game you could ask for. Parking deck is very convenient for Minnesota winters and will fit most all full size trucks and SUVs.

This is the best apartment Ive ever lived in. The amenities are such great quality and so inviting. The living spaces are well built and designed. The staff are so kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick and helpful. It feels like home!

I have lived here for 6 months now. It's a luxurious building. You have a *coffee machine *conference room with comfortable chairs to study *gaming room with a pool table *Entertainment room with a kitchen and big screen TV for the events *A swimming pool (I hope it will be cleaner this summer) *Luxor safe for your packages *ATM * Well equipped gym The staff is so nice especially Natalie, Frankie and new member Micheal Maintenance is fast, they changed my AC motor in a couple of days and gave me a portable AC to use while waiting. The building is so clean and it smells good, so I want to thank Lucy for her amazing work. The prices are not cheap but it is worth it. And they increased the lease by 7% for the next year. There are 80$ entertainment fees including cable and WiFi and activities throughout the month, between Saturday donuts and parties and gatherings which is nice to know new people specifically when you are out of the State. **Other reviews talked about moving in and out fees and carpet cleaning and deposits, I will talk about this when I move out. But I think everything will be smoothly handled**. All in all a very pleasant experience and nice staff. It is as good as it gets.
