I have lived here for 2 years with no intentions of moving. It is a spacious town home that is reasonably priced. A very good location close to shopping, restaurants, and Rochester Athletic Club. Douglas Trail is nearby for walking and biking. Maintenance requests are attended to promptly.

We loved our time at The Brittany's. I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone at the leasing office was always professional, kind, and welcoming. This is hands down the best management team I've ever rented from. They always went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasant experience all the way from our application to move out. Communication was great. Service requests were always handled in a timely manner. The townhomes are also a great value. Plenty of space if you work from home. The garages can fit a full size pickup. Plenty of overflow parking. If you're on the fence between The Brittany's and somewhere else, pick The Brittany's. You won't regret it.

A very welcoming and friendly community. The leasing team was attentive throughout the leasing process. When we moved into our townhome, Luke, the head of maintenance, gave us a personalized tour of our unit so that we knew all of the basics, like the centralized ac system. The community is an easy drive to downtown Rochester and sits near a peaceful bike path. With the well maintained units, exceptional staff and kind neighbors, we recommend The Brittany's.
