These efficiency apartments are one room with a private bath and share a community kitchen. The complex pays ALL utilities and they have a safe parking lot out back. They even give you a mini fridge and microwave, TV, and can fully furnish your room- including all linens!

One of the few places in town that offers short term lease (1 month minimum). Building is an old renovated retirement home, and everything in it is old. Some rooms have really smelly, moldy carpets. Room interior has all you need really, but the rent (725, fully furnished, 650, partly furnished, only difference is the bedding and 2 plates and silverware) is a bit high for the size of the room. The kitchen is filled with crappy pots and pans, but you can cook if you work around the ever present dishes... The high speed internet is very slow, and you have to buy a router to get wifi in your room. I would rate it 6/10, suitable to live for a few months, but not that great.
