I appreciate how maintenance is so on top of repairs. It is a huge blessing to just be able to submit a request online and have the problem solved right away. Ryan and Jim do an amazing job!

DO NOT RENT HERE!
I lived here for one year before moving out. This place is run by a crooked company who charges you fees that you dont owe and then threaten collections when you challenge them. I would never live here ever again. Learn from my mistake.
Edited 2/22/24 to respond to the companys comment below: You did NOT resolve it! Your collections agency continues to send me harassing emails demanding payment of an amount you have agreed I do not owe. Warning to any potential renters - DO NOT RENT HERE. You will regret it.
